Before real estate, I spent three decades building and running systems — starting with IT infrastructure for large enterprises. In 1993, I founded one of Quebec's first Internet providers. I bring that same engineering discipline to residential brokerage.
Today, automation and AI tools I built myself carry much of the administrative load — so lower overhead translates into better terms for you, with no compromise on service. As an independent broker, I serve Greater Montreal in both French and English.
